Fajkus receives the 2012 ACSA/AIAS New Faculty National Teaching Award. Dean Steiner nominated Fajkus while students and other faculty wrote letters of support. Fajkus is presented with the award in March of 2013 in San Francisco at the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture annual conference.
