Stephen Baron, AIA

Design Architect

Master of Architecture, UCLA

Bachelor of Environmental Design, Texas A&M University

Stephen grew up in a small town south of Houston and became interested in architecture while attending a drafting class in high school. A love for modern and contemporary architecture lured him west to Los Angeles where he earned a Master of Architecture degree in 2011. He subsequently spent the next decade working in the architecture industry in southern California.

Stephen's experience is wide-ranging and includes installations, renovations, high-end residences, hotels, multi-family developments, commercial buildings, as well as educational projects. A fascination with nature instilled a sense of responsibility for the environment early in his career, hence he strives for efficiency and minimalism as a means of responsibly utilizing resources and minimizing waste. He believes that a collaborative process including various viewpoints and areas of expertise is key to achieving an effective design solution.

Outside of architecture Stephen enjoys hiking, tennis, cooking but not cleaning, and exploring Europe with his wife.
