URTH CAFFE AUSTIN

Urth Caffe Austin is a restaurant and cafe serving heirloom organic coffees and teas. This coffee shop and brunch restaurant will be located at 1010 East Cesar Chavez Street and maintain the historic character of a 1900s house while upgrading the structure to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patrons and employees. The architectural design includes preservation of the historic facade, maintaining the historical house’s significant architectural details and scale, while adding respectful, modern additions and upgrading the structure and building systems.
